Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A search entered in a third-party search tool is processed by that provider under its own terms. Forsyth County Court Docket does not maintain a database of the names or case numbers entered in those provider tools.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If an email is received, it may be retained to respond and for ordinary operational records. It is not sold or disclosed outside the organization except when a valid legal requirement applies.
Data We Gather Automatically
Normal server and browser operations can create technical logs about a visit.
- IP address and approximate technical routing data
- Browser, device, and operating-system details
- Pages viewed and visit timing
- Referral source where available
- Basic performance and error information
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies and analytics tools may measure aggregate use and site performance. Browser controls can limit cookies, although some functions may then operate differently.
What We Do With This Data
Technical and operational information supports the ordinary operation of this resource.

No Court-Record Data on File
Forsyth County Court Docket does not host, sell, compile, or maintain a repository of court dockets or personal case files. It publishes access information for the Forsyth Clerk of Superior Court, District 31, and the statewide Portal. It is not a consumer reporting agency, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports about third parties.
Third-Party Search Partners
Search tools are supplied by outside providers. Their collection, retention, security, and disclosure practices are governed by their own policies. A searcher should review those policies before entering information into a provider-controlled form.
Links to Other Websites
Links to the Clerk, Portal, courts, and other outside resources open sites that control their own content and privacy practices. Advertising partners may also use their own systems to measure activity or deliver advertising.

Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be handled by service providers that operate the site or a selected tool.
- Search partners that receive a submitted query
- Analytics and hosting providers
- Advertising networks serving a page
- Government authorities when a valid legal process requires disclosure
